Blogs and science education: Reality & perspectives

Blogs have recently presented a huge growth, not only concerning their number and content, but also concerning their influence on important institutions, such as politics, journalism and education. Moreover, the way blogs function seems to be in accordance with specific characteristics of ?Scientific and Technological Literacy?. The round table aims at presenting the nowadays greek educational ?blogosphere?, but also at investigating the potential uses of blogs in science education (or science communication).
