* Post graduate students should bring a certification by their supervisor.

In order for a proposal to be included in the conference program, at least one of the writers has to submit the registration fee by April 3rd 2009. For every paper there should be at least one participant, who pays the registration fee only once, regardless if he/she participates with more than one announcements.

Teachers who will submit the fee by April 3rd 2009 should refer in their message (see below) that they do not take part in the conference with an announcement.

In any case please make sure that you keep your receipt from the bank as a proof that you have paid your fees and that your name and surname are clearly written on the receipt. You will be asked to show it at the conference desk.

 

The fee includes:

* Conference Program and Abstract Book, Conference volume (CD).
* Reception dinner on Thursday evening
* Two lunches within the area of the University (Friday and Saturday noon)
* Five mid-session coffee breaks as scheduled in the conference program within the area of the University (Friday morning and afternoon, Saturday morning and afternoon, Sunday morning)

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation made by April 4th 2009 and onwards means that the holder takes back 50% of the submitted fee.

The refund will be given by the end of the conference by deposit to a bank account, which will be stated by the holder by e-mail (kodifeet@uowm.gr). Any bank expenses that may occur surcharge the holder and will be abstracted by the refund.
